Hi, purchased a 3D printer from creality3D which unfortunately was faulty and unuseable. creality3D offered full refund provided I ship printer back to china. cost around £100. paypal unable to help apparently. seems grossly unfair to be penalised for purchasing something that does not work. CAB confirms uk law does not apply. any advice?
