hi i need help i just made this second account just to post this question here (since it required me to log in) , but the problem is, there was my first and original account which i didn't use for like 5 years, and because i need paypal, so i tried to log in with my old account, i entirely forgot password, it asks me to go through both email and phone verification process, but the thing is, i can verify my email, but i can't verify my phone, cause that's my very old phone number registered with old paypal account, and it's literally IMPOSSIBLE for me to log in with my old paypal, please anyone help me how i can log in with my old paypal account, (you might say, "why dont you just use this new paypal account?" i know but the problem is, with this new paypal account, when i try to add either credit card or bank account, when it asks me to fill out 13 digits of national ID (south korea) and when i filled out the form and try to link my bank account with this new paypal account, error messages pops and says "this national ID has been taken" ) jesus christ, and when i try to contact paypal, they reply me like a couple of days later when i am not using computer, guys, i need help what should i do
