Hello, I write this message here because each time I click on PayPal's message center, my screen goes white—totally blank. I wrote an urgent message to PayPal's customer support. In my e-mail, received notification that a reply is waiting for me in PayPal's message center—but I cannot read this reply because my screen goes blank each time. This problem occurred on two different computers I tried, and on my tablet. I tried with Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Obviously PayPal is having a serious technical failure. It is unthinkable that not even the message center can be accessed. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you very much in advance.
