I have received a whole slew of PayPal charges on a credit card which has never been associated with my PayPal account. Since it isn't coming from my PayPal account I cannot contest the charges! I need to get PayPal to investigate and find who has my card stuck to their PayPal account and remove these charges, but I cannot get through!
