This label was made yesterday at about 10:30 AM 7/16, and I have no idea how it was made because I was very busy and away from home all day yesterday. It's a $100 overnight shipping label and it is linked to a sale on my eBay store. It's for a $10 item that comes with free 2-5 day $4 shipping - definitely not something I need an overnight label for. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until I got home today, and of course it was TEN MINUTES past the 24-hour time limit for voiding UPS labels. I tried contacting chat/message support, but it told me that the service is unavailable and to find another way to contact them. There doesn't appear to be another way. Is there anything I can do? Is there a phone number I can call? I can't find one, and I need to get this voided somehow (if an exception is even possible). Hard times, you know; I can't really afford to throw away $100.. (apologies if this is the wrong board, I wasn't sure which to use)
