I'm a U.S. citizen who's had a PP account for about 20 years, and it's linked to my U.S. bank, address, and now to my daughter's U..S. mobile phone, since PP wouldn't accept non U.S. telephone numbers. I've been living and working in Singapore for years, and have a Singapore bank account. How can I link, or co-link my PP account to my Singapore bank account, and avoid having to get OTP codes from my daughter's mobile phone?
