Hi does anyone else find it quite irritating about the lack of contact & product information supplied by some sellers on the invoices? It feels a bit like the wild west sometimes, particularly items bought in good faith through the facebook platform.... Ebay & genuine web sites have this info in place..... I bought from a Facebook ad 07/04/2020 & item hasn't arrived the inform I have seems seriously lacking in solid data, I 'm in dispute through the Resolution Centre but feel I as the buyer I have had to jump through hoops to hopefully get a refund...goods are coming from China this was also not made clear at point of sale. I feel that PayPal should put in place more protective measures in place for the buyers through their system....Thought please thank you
