I have paypal business account and a UPS business account. I was trying to link the UPS account to Paypal. I was asked to provide invoice#, account#, control#, etc. After I clicked the button, the page just kept circling. Nothing happened until I was forced to log out. I was trying to call Paypal but was told cannot resolve over the phone. Anyone has the issue as well?
