Payapl have closed a case in favour of the seller for an item that has not been delivered an i have not recieved. i have an email from the supplier stating if the unit was not recieved by the 20th June (ordered in april) then a full refund will be given. they are now telling paypal it has been delivered and paypal have ruled in their favoru i undertstand with covid there would have been a delay but the item was never recived and never signed for (as you cant sign for anything at the moment) how do i appeal this as paypal dont seemt o give you any options to appeal
