HI All, I have not received my goods from this company called Shape Up. I thought this was a european company but is china based. No goods arrived and now when i type in tracking number it is saying it is unknown. This is different from a couple of months ago when they said it was in transit. Paypal keep putting back the resolution date because they say it is in transit. I think this is a scam and want my refund. Paypayl have been more than shabby in dealing with this. The automated system has halted and I want out! Right after i get my money back. Who do i complain to about paypal's behaviour. The only reason i use paypal is for interent "protection" but think i would have better cover using a credit card.
