I thought I was buying Bali Bras. Payment went thru Promise E-Commerce Co., Ltd. Paid for them on March 31. Supposedly shipped, but I haven't received them. Tracking # isn't valid. I put in a dispute on it. Waiting to hear back from PAYPAL
