On Jan. 13paypal states they refunded an amont of $66.13 , but was never put in my paypal balence, I'm worried. I tried to dispute but was told it was refunded. I called last week and was transfered three times which took 40 minutes. I finally had to hang up, and I could not understand accent because I think I was calling China. Has anyone had a similar problem?
