I ordered hair curlers, received hair straighteners, after a bit of discussion they said have refund, only to return item costs about the same as the item so they will win. Is this a scam?? I have tried to email both people back but both email addresses no longer available. I have proof I ordered culers and proof i received straighteners and I have lost out due to their mistake. The straighteners look rubbish and cheap so not able to sell to make any money back. Surely their mistake they should pay returns?
