Hey Guys, It turns out that Pyapal is not a reliable service never use it if you want to be secure. Here is what happened, some fake website was claiming to sell a book with a good price, so I went to buy with my credit card but they rejected my credit card, the only option remained was PayPal, so I paid. After I paid they did not send me any shipping confirmation so I contacted PayPal after 2 weeks and opened a dispute. After a few days PayPal sent me a tracking # from them, which is fake. It is a tracking # with neither my name nor address matching me. On the other hand usps does not disclose any information to me because the address does not match my address nor my name. So their trick is to give some fake number and payapl asks for proof which the usps is not willing to disclose and that way with the help of PayPal they still your money. My advice PayPal is not a safe place to use for shopping be wary of that. Best
