Just an update that after almost 2 months (slightly more than 1.5 months), I received my items. The items seem to have shipped from China/Hong Kong via Sea Mail, and then re-shipped via USPS from a CA location, which explains the delay. They should have been more transparent/open about it instead of sending confusing tracking numbers to satisfy PayPal claims process. My items are as described, so in the end, it was good. PayPal already knows but not doing anything. I have pointed them to this and other threads about this seller a number of times during chats. In my case, my money ($129.95) went out of the PayPal balance I had, so I am out of luck - can't contest with bank or credit card company. Lesson learnt. ... View more

Same situation with me, still contesting PayPal decision and communicating with them. The seller has figured out how to commit this fraud and provide tracking number of a dummy shipment knowing tracking numbers don't show the name and address of the recipients. Don't let it go.  ... View more

Makes me wonder why PayPal wouldn't think about so many folks filing a complaint against one business entity and still ruling in favor of fraudulent seller. Seems like a classic class action law suite material against PayPal's failure to provide sufficient financial safeguards. ... View more

Thank you, Mich! For some reasons, I don't see the Appeals button. The case was denied today, so may take time for "Appeal" option to appear. I went to resolution center, looked at closed cases, and only "View" was available for actions, clicking which leads me to the history. ... View more

I think they're a fraud. The seller provided two tracking numbers for the same order. First one (9261290982186726381714) is not shipped, and the second one (9405511200829102843208) shows delivered to a fake address. I had filed claim with PayPal but was denied because seller provided a tracking number with fake address showing "delivered." This is not correct as I checked twice with our local post office as well as with neighbors. I paid via PayPal Balance unfortunately, so can't complain to the bank or credit card company. Happened to me too. They originally gave me tracking number 9261290982186726381714, which shows USPS is awaiting item. After waiting too long, I opened dispute. On the last day of dispute response window, the seller gives another tracking number 9405511200829102843208 which says Item delivered on July 1st. Never received the item, but PayPal closed dispute in seller's favor. Scam indeed, and sad PayPal deserts buyers for such fraudulent foreign business entity from Hong Kong or China (based on their email address). ... View more
