I am not proud, but during the height of the craziness back in early April, I ordered an overpriced mega pack of Charmin from China. It took weeks and weeks to get here, and what ultimately arrived looked like half of a used roll of toilet paper. I filed a claim immediately and after six weeks of dispute, I'm not being asked to pay to ship this trash back to China before I can get a refund. I'm not doing it. And yet....if I don't upload a return shipping confirmation, then my case will close and I won't get my refund. Where is the buyer guarantee? I've uploaded pictures and all of the evidence to demonstrate that I was clearly had by an unscrupulous seller, and I can't get anyone at PayPal to so much as acknowledge the messages I've sent. How can I escalate this to a real person?
