I've had this PayPal account for a while although I've never used it I also have a venmo account I do use the venmo account the problem is is I have never received my PayPal card how can I get a PayPal card issued to me and make sure that if there had been a card sent in the past it is not connected. Does anybody know that 800 number or the telephone number to speak with an operator a live PayPal? Since PayPal is now the owner of venmo from what I understand would my venmo card number be my PayPal number?
