    Same here.   Trying to send money to a friend since yesterday.   Credit card already linked, verified.   Keeps going round in circles.   "Please add a payment option"   "Please add a new card"   "This card cannot be used for this transaction". I have exactly issue with you! everything exactly the same!!   I just read the only one reply there, I'm having my balance in USD, and the payment I'm trying to make is in Euro, so I 'm going to try to see if I can change the currency and make it work....
