That is EXACTLY the same situation I am in!!! I used PayPal as a “bank account” for personal use until my checking account was fully open with Bank of America. So, I even linked my ADP Wisely paycheck prepaid card to the “debit card@ they just send you and make sound wonderful and easy to use! Lucky, PayPal came back to me saying my bank account couldn’t be linked, too many charge backs to the PayPal card had occurred, AND my account is not only limited and I have to wait 180 says for the limitation to be lifted, but I am banned from ever using PayPal again!!!! I think it’s because I didn’t have a true bank account attached to the debit card. SO they couldn’t steal my info from a real bank. If I were any of you....(us) DO NOT LINK YOUR PERSONAL CHECKING ACCOUNT TO THESE CROOKS!!! My first Stimulus check is locked in there!!! Over $2500!!!! Of MY money!!! ... View more
