In mid-April, when the stores were all closed, I followed a link from facebook to shop for clothes online. I really needed clothes and dropped over 400 dollars on this website. I used Paypal, which charged my checking account. I never received a receipt, any acknowledgement of my order or shipping information. After about a month, I decided to try and reach out to the company. I found the name of the company on my Paypal transaction list and googled it to find a website or contact information. I found neither. What I did find was literally hundreds of angry people who paid for clothes and never received them. I got scared. I filed a grievance with Paypal and wanted either my clothes or my money back. Shortly thereafter, I received two messages. One was from Paypal, telling me to try and work it out with the seller and that the seller has provided tracking information and that my order is "in transit". The other message was from the seller. The email had a tracking link. I clicked the link and it went nowhere. Bad link. I copied and pasted the tracking number and it led me somewhere that said "a label has been created". My order was NOT in transit. The company lied to Paypal. I moved the grievance up the ladder. Several days ago, I receive one item, a jacket, out of a 425 dollar clothing order. Paypal messaged me to tell me they have closed my case because the seller provided proof that I'd received delivery of my order. This company knows how to play Paypal. Sending bogus updates, sending me one item of clothing, and effectively having my case dismissed. That jacket was a small fraction of the money I spent and I'm apparently left out in the cold. Anyone, please, please help! I just want my money back. Tomncarolyn1
