I bought a bag that was supposed to be brand new on ebay, it wasnt. Returned the item and the seller sent an echeque that has not cleared. I opened a dispute and now the seller is saying I need to take a bank transfer as they no longer have PayPal. The dispute is open on my dashboard and can see paypal have contacted her. What should I do? Is it possible to close your PayPal account and just not refund a buyer? I'm wondering whether to send my bank details or just wait till PayPal resolves. Is there any chance i wont get my money back? Its £100 plus postage
