I sold 2items to a customer in Italy. I packed and shipped with tracking and insurance. Customer in Italy got the items, signed at the local post office. He opens a claim on ebay and ebay deduct my payment and he gets his money back as well as the 2pcs items. How is this even possible? I have contacted ebay about it and was turned down. I just reopened one more case today 29.June 2020. I was in dialog with buyer, who confirms he got the items, but he do not want to pay as the postal service took too long according to him. So he claimed the money back from ebay.
