has anyone else noticed that they are receiving emails of the back up funding source (in my case my bank account) are coming AFTER the withdraw is being processed? Ex: my bank processes everything that is showing at 3pm for clearing that day at 11:59 PM that night. The last few times now I get the notification of the back up funding source being used for ---- amount that night (like 10PM) The next morning I go to update my account and the items were cleared the day before. The process use to be I got my notification of back up funding being used say for this case July 1st and it would come out either July 2 or July 3. Now it is coming out July 1st even though my bank cut off was way earlier in the day. Kind of annoying when I have people who pay me and I am thinking that it will withdraw from paypal but instead is being pulled from my checking instead... Is it a bank thing or a new thing with pay pal?
