I asked for a refund because I don’t want to deal with this and it’s ridiculous! I screenshot all the emails and the USPS tracking information and sent them that through live messages. I have had no contact with the seller whatsoever after many attempts. I escalated the claim today. I contacted USPS as well and filed a claim about it too. If your item was shipped USPS download informed delivery so you have a record of all deliveries. Doesn’t make sense that the shipping label was created in May and delivered before I ever placed the order. IDK how someone can create a fake shipping label! I am going to keep fighting it. ... I’m going through this right now. I just made a dispute and sent messages with screenshots to live customer service. I have already contacted customer service before I got a tracking number. I actually thought it was going to be delivered today due to the dates of order and processed payment. I will fight this until I receive my item or get a refund. Ridiculous! ... View more
