I had the same problem from a case I opened 9th June and it took until 6th September for PayPal to finally resolve the case in my favour. At least I got my money back but 3 months to resolve a case it excessive.

Hi. PayPal did assist me with the return costs but I've received no refund from my seller even though the item was sent back fully tracked. PayPal resolution date just keeps going on and on its almost 3 months since the beginning of this case and who knows if it will end. There seems to be a lot of customers with case resolution date that just keeps changing. WHY?

Same is happening to me and its now been 56 days since the beginning of the claim. I believe they keep these cases open because they hold the money in their account and earn from the money the hundreds or even thousands of customers waiting on claims to be resolved. We know they hold the money because it's listed in their rules.

I'm having exactly the same problem. My item was returned to the seller and they received it on 9th July but since then the resolution date changes every few days. This is my worst experience with getting a refund from any company. It seems that PayPal just let these cases run and run.

I ordered an item and was sent something totally different so I open a claim for return and refund which the company accepted .I sent the item back fully tracked with Royal Mail and it states that it has been returned but PayPal keeps changing the resolution date and no communication with me at all. Is this normal practice with PayPal?

I ordered a multifunctional mixer but received a cheap plastic food chopper. the company has said the will refund me if i return the item and pay for return shipping myself. this item has come from china and the return address is in chinese writing . i dont believe i should be responseable for return shipping as this was not what i ordered in the first place and i also dont know how to print a return label using paypal as i see no option for that on my screen and i definitely cannot write in the chinese script as was given. I have aslo checked the reviews this company has had resently and they have done this to many others of the same ordered item. will paypal help me further or do i have to pay for this return and be out of pocket no matter what i do ?
