So I recently bought a product online and I thought that I had been scammed as the seller wasn't responding so therefore I requested a refund on the payment and that was failed. I recently got in contact with the seller once again and he says that the payment was removed from his account but I haven't received my money back either so it looks like money has just disappeared. Does anyone have any suggestions on what has happened and what I can do to resolve this problem?
