hello guys, a year ago i created a paypal account and linked one of my bank account . then i received a payments of 50$ for selling a product through online . the guy who purchased a product from me false reported me for not giving his product . then my account got banned or deactivated IDK. i recently created a new paypal account and i couldnt link my old bank account which i linked to my old paypal account. i tried to contact paypal but their customer services is closed due to corona virus and its been months now. IDK what to do . i hope u guys help me out
