I have phoned emailed so many times. I get told someone will ring me back they never do. The have a lot of money on hold. I went into premises yesterday and ended up having to borrow money as I didn't have access to my money. I am to the point where I cant buy stock and I only have enough to pay for postage for the next few weeks. When they are sat on nearly 20k. Its stioping me from running the business. I have put complaints in and they just tell me to do x y and z. I do all that all the time and still they wont do anything. I had one person told me I sent 20 refunds this month that is why but when your sending out 2000 a week the % is nothing. Its frustrating how can they legally do this
