This has happened twice to me in the past month. It says "suspicious card activity" but this account isn't related to my personal Paypal account. Does anyone know why PayPal really does this? I need to transfer money and it's been three days waiting. I'm on chat with a representative and she just disappeared after she said she'd transfer me to the "limitations team" whatever that means. Still holding on chat. I'm going to have to find another service if this isn't solved. Uploading documents every other week is ridiculous. Oh, no customer service either.
