i have a serious complaint but i can't seem to get Paypal to take me seriously and they keep closing my messages without waiting for a response even though they say they are waiting for a response and i am now going around in circles. I am now resorting to reporting them to the finacial obusman and need to again contact them directly to inform them i am doing so as i have to make an official complaint but their system keeps shutting me down so i can't make one. Can someone please give me an external formal email address where i can write to them officially please?
