PayPal does not seem to want to help with any disputes made with third party credit cards. If your dispute involves PayPal credit to where you can not pay them an amount in question it is a different story. The only real way to stop the problem is to stop buying from China sellers and stop using PayPal. Pearlgo is just one of many companies PayPal is aware of and does absolutely nothing about. Good luck to all of you that have been scammed, it will be months before you receive a refund if any at all.
