Hello everyone, I'm new to using PayPal so I'm not quite sure how everything works just yet. I have an issue regarding a transaction. I opened a case initially, but PayPal closed it. I contacted the seller and they have agreed to give me a refund. On their screenshot, it says "The transaction amount will be placed on hold until this case has been closed." When I check my Activity page, it also says "There is an open dispute associated with this transaction." There is no open case in my Resolution Center page, it says the case has been closed. I have no idea what is happening, can someone please enlighten me? Thank you, Artby
