I filed a dispute under “item not received” because there was not the “I haven’t got my refund” choice. I bought 2 items. - sent one back as exchange and they sent the same exact thing back. By the time I could potentially get the second item successfully changed for the right item I was not going to need it. So I told the vendor to refund the money. I’ve been going round and round with the vendor since April. He finally told me last week the money would be refunded June 15. Of course nothing. I’ve asked PayPal to intervene and all they do is look at the “item not received “ and the proof from the seller that 2 shipments were made. Despite the fact that I’ve explained this 5x , sent both return tracking numbers , and sent the email from the seller that said he would refund my money - all they do is look at the item not received part. Again - there wasn’t a “I still haven’t got my refund “ as an option - and even though I’ve explained this nearly half a dozen times I am getting nowhere. I need to talk to a person and quit trying to message them. Can anyone advise ????
