Can someone please explain to me whats going on. I have attempted to make payments to clear some of my Paypal credit balance. I attempted to pay £460 from my bank account and £136 from my Paypal account (£596 total). After a few days of the payments pending they appeared to have gone through as both my available balance and current balance reflected so. However, on further inspection of the payments tab both of them have "Rejected" underneath. What is going on!
