I removed my card from paypal over a year ago but I still occasionally get a notification from my bank (like about every 3 months) that paypal has taken a dollar from my account ( and this shows up in my bank statements as well). The money shows up in my PayPal balance but my issue is I thought any paypal transactions stop when you unlink your card so why is this still happening??
