Ok, so this is one of the several ways I am notifying you (PAYPAL) that we are going sue you if you do not provide me any assistance in resolving my issue which I have been trying to get help with now for 3 plus weeks. My parents are good friends with a corporate attorney and he is going to provide us assistance with filing a suit against you which will include damages. We sold our super nice TV for $2400 bc we were financially in trouble and those funds were to catch up on behind payments for our vehicles which we haven’t been able to do now. We have been patient and have communicated with 30 plus PayPal customer service agents but have gotten NO help what so ever. One of them even told us just to have the money sender file a dispute with PayPal to get the funds returned to him which we did but PayPal denied his dispute. We are 8 days away now from losing our vehicles bc the money we intended to use to get caught up is being held HOSTAGE by PAYPAL and PayPal provides no legitimate way to get assistance for this type issue. If we lose our vehicles bc of this nonsense our attorney has a suit already drafted not only for the money paypal is holding hostage in our account but for damages as well. We just want help getting this resolved bc we have done every little thing the customer service agents asked such as proving driver licenses, social security number and two Bills with mailing address on it so we don’t know what else to do at This point other than take legal action against PayPal unless we get help fixing our issue... All we want is assistance PayPal so please provide it to use and help us fix our account bc we aren’t sue happy people but this is WRONG and it is going to cause us a great deal of issue here in 8 days... Please help!
