I’m having the same problem but I really think it was a scam to begin with. The website I ordered from disappeared a few days after ordering. I never got an email confirmation of the purchase and tried to get in contact with their customer service (before the site disappeared). So I desperately tried to resolve the issue with the seller through PayPal but they never responded. When I escalated to a claim the seller finally responded with a tracking number. The tracking number they sent was faulty. It was for an order that was purchased 2 weeks before I ever placed an order. And it was sent to an address in my area(state, city and zip code) so according to PayPal the tracking number was valid under their guidelines and keep flashing my complaints as resolved.
