Same here. Filed a dispute, provided photo proof of scam and Paypal's automated resolution process now wants me to provide proof I sent it back for a refund. If I sent obvious proof this merchant is a scammer, you're going to make me send it to some random bunk chinese address for a refund? really?? Like a scammer will confirm item received. I'm not gonna waste my time for this. Paypal is enabling scammer's to exploit those who were in need of essential items during a pandemic.
