I called UPS and they said hackers are doing this now and the tracking is for a totally different person, address, item and amountThey told me if a Paypal rep calls them direct they will tell them that THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE WAS FAKE AND NOT FOR ME. The item was almost $200 and paypal is telling me they have a tracking number so they wont refund me? Im confused. I didnt get the item. Am I just out of luck? The seller no longer exists and was a hacker and fake....obviously. I learned my lesson not to order ANYTHING on paypal from someone I dont know anymore but .....really.....is it normal for them to DENY a claim like this? I cant even call them b/c they have been closed for phone calls due to COVID since March. This is so absurd!
