Yes , i paid with my card but paypal took the sellers side and denied my claim. I sent all the documents and pis they asked for even the email transactions. But they still denied it, they wanted me to to make a police report online , but with everything that is going on you have to wait forever for them to hit you back with reports and stuff and they denied it. I know they see how many people have been scammed by these people , but obviously they dont care. So disappointed in paypal 😞 ... View more

What gets me angry is that they keep getting away with it and will continue because no one cares. Everyone is making money on our expense and we stay without our money or the products we paid for. I also ordered a dish rack that has never come .  ... View more

That's what i ordered a Dish Rack back in April 13 And i still haven't received anything. And now i cant even email them anymore because it says that the email has exceeded the alloted amount of emails . But i have seen that many people have been scammed by this company. Either they receive nothing at all, or they just send you some other product so that paypal doesn't charge them. Am thinking about talking to a lawyer about this , am gonna wait and see what paypal does first.  ... View more

I ordered a sink stand back in April 12 , 2020 and i am still waiting for it. When i email the seller at first it kept saying it had shipped, so i waited some more . Then another month later i emailed again and they responded that it shipped but no label had been created and that because of the virus many of their orders were either delayed or returned. So now am emailing them and they cant even receive anymore emails because it says that they've exceeded the amount of emails allowed ! What the heck is that ? I paid $28.88 and expedited shipping for what ?? I want my refund because i am obviously not gonna get my order. What can i do ??? ... View more
