I ordered a sweater online soon a month ago which I never received a tracking number for. I tried contacting the seller everywhere but they haven’t responded and it’s been two weeks soon. I decided to open a claim and so I did on the 11th of June. The seller has a due date until the 30th to respond. Isn’t that a bit too much? Anyways, I am very frustrated. Is there a way to speed up the claim?
