I bought an Dolins Cordless Hydroshot Portable Power from facebook and paid with paypal, the seller send me a wrong item a Hose pipe spray nozzle, the seller is from China and posted the item in UK where I live, the cost of the item is $24.99 + postage $7.95 Total$32.94 . I open a case as the seller send me the item is not described, the seller is asking me to return the item for full refund. but the paypal asking me as a buyer to pay for the return postage. It's not my fault and i don't understand why I should be responsible for return postage. Who do you think should be responsible for return postage?
