Ebay seller issued refund through paypal and it has been a month and no record of any of it on my account nor with my credit card company .. Ebay says talk to paypal and paypal wont answer .. I want my money .. my card has an expiration date and by the time I get anything done on this because no one will help that card wont be any good .. THEN What??? Im out 17.00
