I cant get in my PayPal account, because you're constantly asking me for a verification number to be sent to my number that's no longer working even though I enter all correct email & password, I've even changed my password via email reset and still cant get into update my new phone number, it's so annoying, you're locking me out of my own account which has my private bank details, which means I will have to tell my bank now to block PayPal access. As I dont have credit to ring you right now and you offer no email or chat access UNLESS IN ACCOUNT 🤬 Yet you still make buying anything on the web available through just entering my email & password!! Me too it's just happened tonight I've been selling a while and the amounts not unusual for me anymore yet a new blank profile asked me for a discount thought they was a timewaster tbh but they paid straight away but when I went to withdraw the funds theyve been put on hold. And I dont know why I dont fit into any of the categories. It's well annoying because of course I cant get hold of anyone at PayPal and no depop fees gone I'm scared it's a scam. I've got this same problem!! Just woke up to a buyer in the USA having bought to items but PayPal put payment pending while they review it. Obviously I need the funds to post. I've sold on depop before they did this on one of the first items I sold that was more expensive. I had to refund the woman and she sent it as gift luckily. All cheaper stuff or around I've sold for £20 etc has been fine but. These 2 items totalled £49 tbh I think I'll lose on postage as it. But I've sold several items now so dont see why they should hold. I've told her that if they dont release the funds I'll refund her and she can try send in separate payments for the items rather than job lots and hope it works that way. Other than that I will lose money because of paypal. Depop need to add a new payment system. I've recieved money from other sellers before off ebay for as much and that went through. Tbh my paypals in the red atm MINUTE so if they want the account to go back to normal they need to release the funds anyway. Theyve really been messing me up PayPal ... View more
