Any assistance on the following issue would be much appreciated. I am unable to bring this case to the relevant channels to resolve. Timeline of events over the last 7 days: I notice several emails suggesting unfamiliar withdrawals from PayPay. DD is set up wit PayPal so many of these are withdrawn from my bank account. I raise all 11 cases with PayPal in resolution centre. A total of £360. The money is refunded promptly. I change password and security details. 3 Days later I notice another 2 unfamiliar withdrawals from my HSBC account. This time, I am unable to find the transaction under 'Activity' I then contact my bank. They reverse the withdrawals and I cancel my direct debit with PayPal. My balance on PayPal is now however at -£160. There are still no transactions linking to this negative balance under my activity so under PayPal's system I am unable to resolve via the resolution centre I try repeatedly to raise with Contact Us>Message centre but keep changing Customer service contacts or not getting replies for long periods of time. New representatives seem to be leaving the case. This is over a course of a day. One Representative then suggests she will pass it on to Pay Pal security however I am still waiting a day later.
