I was ripped off by this company too. Have a dispute about it. I never received the tool just some tiny diamanté’s. They said I should have paid extra for the tool, but they didn’t advertise it that way. I then tried to get get the tool from a company called Makaoui and the same thing happened. I don’t think the tool exists.
