So I added my US bank focus card to my PayPal, I just received the card so there was no money on it. I transferred my funds from my PayPal account to my card, it said it went through and then it declined the withdrawal and sent it back to my PayPal. Now PayPal has limitations on my account. I sent a picture of a valid ID, I changed my password and the only thing left it’s asking me to do is provide a bank statement or my routing and account number. Since I just received this card I have no banking statements and when I put my accounting and routing number in, it says it’s wrong or it won’t take the card ?
