I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH BOTH PAYPAL & THE SHENZHEN LILUAN TRADING COMPANY. I MAY LEAVE PAYPAL OVER THE WAY THEY HAVE HANDLED THIS DISPUTE. CLEARLY THE COMPANY IS A FRAUD, SO MANY OF US HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM...BUT PAYPAL DOES NOT WANT TO GET INVOLVED IN ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN BUYER & SELLER...EVEN WHEN THERE IS CLEARLY A FRAUD.  GOOD LUCK !!  ... MammaZZZ - I contacted them using the email address that was printed at the bottom of the order confirmation and they responded. They asked for photos and more information about what was wrong, which I sent. But I have not received my money back. PAYPAL has been absolutely USELESS. I keep getting the same answer ( from a written script I am sure ). Do not close your complaint with PAYPAL or they will never allow you to open a new one against the Shenzhen Liluan Trading Company... even if it is for a different problem. To all of you who have ordered the FREEDOM SPACE SWING/HAMMOCK - it is useless !! When mine finally arrived after two months it was a narrow (maybe 10" ) piece of VERY stretchy cloth, tied at the top with a plastic ziplock tie. It came with a hanging strap & a clip  but it is useless !! I got the Medium size for teens but after we hung it, when my 8 year old grand daughter tried to sit in it, it stretched to the ground. We tried hanging it higher, it stretched even more. It isn't wide enough to be a hammock, much less used in the way it was advertised. IT IS A TOATL FRAUD. $49.98 for a useless piece of cloth !!  Try writing them at the the gmail address on the bottom of the order confirmation. I ORDERED A FREEDOM SPACE SWING ON APRIL 10. IT HAS JUST ARRIVED ( JUNE 18 ) BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT I ORDERED. CHEAP, BADLY MADE. THE FABRIC IS TOO SMALL, TOO STRETCHY,  UNUSABLE....EVEN FOR SMALL CHILDREN. THEY HAVE ALSO DISAPPEARED FROM THE INTERNET...NOT A GOOD SIGN.
