I sent a Paypal payment to a friend of mine because I owed her money for classes she will be teaching to my kids in the fall. However, she says she doesn't have a Paypal account and to cancel the payment and just send a check. When I looked at the transaction, though, it does not have the option to cancel. I have read on here that that means the payment was claimed. But, besides the fact that I know she wouldn't lie to me, I did not get an e-mail saying that may payment was claimed, as I always have in the past. So, what's the deal? And what do I do now? I need to get the money to her, but I am not going to pay twice!
