Paypal spent 4 hours after I complained and robo-replied that "charge is consistent" with my purchases.  Not likely since I was charged $80 for online services!!!   Another community member suggested that if it went through a credit card and you had already tried Jinzhou/Dorsett and Paypal, you could dispute the charge with the credit card company.  That is what I did.  Good luck. ... I had a May 31 charge show up for $80.48 and I do not have any idea what "online services" I supposedly bought.  At least you know what you supposedly ordered, right?  Mine is totally from left field but when I reported it as a possible unauthorized transaction, the case closed in five hours saying this purchase is "consistent with my PayPal payment history">   I do not order online services very much and the "invoice" showed absolutely no information other than the charge.   Is this fraud?  or legit? ...
